how much oats meal 1?? i reccomend atleast 50g and maybe some eggs

maybe swap 1pm and 4pm around for carbs pre training

include some whole carbs post workout

as for whey, myprotein impact whey or bodybuildingwarehouse are popular options

anything you can really, like 1.30hrs or 2 hours pre training

pasta, basmati/brown rice, oatcakes, rice cakes, sweet potato, porridge, cous cous etc etc just a good carb source to fuel your workout sufficiently :)
