Have basically had my Diet critiqued a while back, will post what i have daily as a general guide, also what health supplements i take.I am currently looking to lean bulk/clean bulk as i can, without puting on to much fat if that makes sense, thenleading up to the summer i will lower carbs gradually and cut as most do. My stats are as follows
Age - 24
Height - 5ft 10
Weight - 210lbs
BodyFat % - Is roughly 18% atm
My meal plan goes as follows..on an average day... i eat every 2 and half to 3 hours right up till bed
I consume 7-8 pints of water eachday along with water from shakes etc.
Wake / Breakfast - 1 scoop whey protein +5g glutamine - Cup of Oats in milk with light drizzling of honey
Lunch - Chicken/Beef sandwich (wholemeal bread) lightly buttered + 2 celery sticks + a large banana
1 hour later
Workout - Was using an intraworkout product, now just using water, and a preworkout before hand
Postworkout - A 2 scoop protein shake + 30/40g WMS
1 hour later
Postworkout Meal (Dinner) - Usually a high protein meal, be it chicken or beef, with as much veg as i can, and a portion of roughly 50g rice, 3 teaspoons of EVO on the rice and veg
Snack - 6 Egg scrambled egg (3 whites/3 wholes) + 2 slice wholemeal bread, with a large dollop of all natural peanut butter on each
Pre-Bed - Whey shake in milk + 1 teaspoon evo + 5g glutamine
I work it out at consuming roughly 200-250g protein everyday, carbs flucturates, i just think i need to add in more fats not sure. Calories work out at about 3000 cals a day .
I also supplement with a Multi Vit, aswell as extra Zinc Gluconate, Vitmin C, D, E aswell as Omega 3s and a joint support product.
Just looking for some advice on good additions to my diet that i can place within my eating scehdule, be that eating more at breakfast or w/e.Im looking into going back to snacking on both Almonds/Pumpkin seeds, which i used to do but got bloody bored of constantly having them as a snack lol on cheat days i often have some sweets and afew choc muffins, i no not ideal, but not to terrible either considering i limit this to only once a week.Anyways, any help with all this appreciated as allways
