Diet Advice

Just wanted an opinion on my current diet with which I'm trying to lose a little body fat & get some muscle back as I've not been training consistently for a few months. I've tried to cut down on the carbs but they still appear to be adding up over the course of the day. I was having 150g of chicken where I now have the 75g of whey mid afternoon but just got sick of eating it. I don't think having the extra powder instead of whole food is going to make that much difference. All meats are their cooked weight. I'm currently 100kg first thing & 6'3. Opinions welcome

    in my opinion its abit high on carbs and cals if you're looking to lose some chub
