Diet Coach

Hi there

Looking for an online nutritional coach to help me structure my diet better. Currently strict but my macros aren't right so I need guidance on an ongoing basis, also meal ideas!

Could do with a training plan also to go in line with it.

Can anyone recommend someone appropriate? Or if that person is you please reply/PM me.

Thanks

Instead of paying for someone to fix up your diet plan why don't you post it here? There's plenty across the board willing to offer advice for free.

If it was me I would go and see someone in person rather than online, will be easier for them to give you a better nutrition and training plan. Also getting diet advice on a forum will only leave you feeling confused because everyone has their own views on what a diet should be, go and see one person get advice and stick to the plan :)

Yes, I agree. Seeing someone in person who can see your body type and assess your needs directly is FAR superior to any online nutritional advice.

I have done both and the results from the in person assessment far outweigh the results gained from the online advice. I followed both to the letter.

If you're looking for a coach, you've come to the right place.  Just kidding, but seriously if you're really interested, I work with competitors all the time.  Just check out my website in the signature and we can talk.
