Diet Day 1......hows it look?

600 Wake-up

615 Clens 3 tabs

630 Cardio 30-40 mins steady jog

715 40g Whey in water
1300mg Flaxseed Oil capsule

800 50g Oatmeal w/ 1 Banana
3 egg whites

1030 25g peanuts
40g Whey in water
1300mg Flaxseed Oil Capsule

1230 Subway 6inch Sweet Onion Teryaki w/ little sweet onion sauce
w/ tomatoes, onions, lettuce, jalepenos and american cheese

1500 40g Whey in water
15g peanuts instead of 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (cuz I forgot to bring it today)
Clens 3 tabs

1700 Subway 6 inch as above...I bought a footlong and only ate 6 inches at a time

1900 Weight training
Light Cardio afterwards 20mins

2030 40g Whey in water

2115 6oz. Cheeseburger no bun
Salad with olive oil and vinegar
150g Brown Rice

2230 20g Casein and 20g Whey in water then Bed




Does this look good fellas....I am currently 245lbs trying to drop to 215-225. Thank you to everyone who gave me advice on getting my diet together....please let me know how I did with the final product.....much appreciated

    Should I take out the Whey in the morning at 715?

    What do you suggest?

    Lose the whey at 7.15am meal and replace with egg whites.

    22.30 - Lose the whey and up the casein and add some healthy fats here from flax oil, seeds, nuts, natural peanut butter, oily fish, etc...

    Lose the whey from the 10.30am meal and replace with protein here from chicken, turkey, egg whites, steak, etc...

    One more question for you......but if I am having oats and egg whites at 800, then should I just eliminate the post cardio 715 altogether and just wake up a lil later and run then have my 800 meal of oats /banana/egg whites? Thanks for your input

    Just have your meal closer to when you finish your cardio.

    Have the egg whites and oats.
