Diet Help!

At the moment i am not eating right or exercising. I am 19, my weight is 11 stone and i am 5' 10''.
I am wanting my weight to go up to around 12 - 12 1/2 stone, but as fit as a boxer.
I know what foods i need to eat and what supplements to take but dont know how many cals, protein, carbs and fat to have and when to make these gains (muscle).
Could someone please let me know?
Also one last thing what weight routine would be best for this? thanks

    Hi there, welcome to MT.

Have a read of this article...

Should give you some ideas about bulking, which you can possibly translate into your boxing routine.

I would never have guessed you supported Sheff Wed, not with Owl in your username.

Have a look at this thread, contains lots of decent weight lifting routines...
