Read about this on the internet, can't find it anywhere in the UK, is it even released here? Dying to try it.

Why don't you just drink normal coke?

I hate regular coke. Aside from the unnecessary cals from sugar, I can't be doing with the cack it leaves behind on your teeth. Pass me a diet coke anyday

drink some juice people, gin and juice..............

Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure that aspartame which is used a sugar substitute is actually worse than sugar.

Yeh Asparataam can cause blackouts etc, Pilots have been banned from drinking drinks containing it i believe?

But people drink it because its less calories, Hence i dont see what YIB was talking about?

    ...I was just asking

I'd go for the real sugar though to be honest. I don't actually drink either..but if I HAD TO..I'd go for the "normal" one.

Meh, I just think that the body is just a little bit smarter than we might think and isn't fooled that easily. Don't see how you can fool it by just giving it 'the sweet taste'. There are studies (maybe conflicting) on artificial sweeteners...and in the end can probably cause weight gain or make no actual difference in overall cals at the end of the day...that's just part of it. A lot of information out there..have to try to make up your mind on a somewhat of a conclusion..

I'd prefer to keep it to a minimum tbh...just me though

even if it was act that the diet versions (is it just me or is their now a crap load of them Fanta Free, Sprite Zero, i think their is a 7up light!), even if it was proved that these lighter versions where just as bad for you, the amount of advertising spent on them would push it under the carpet.

YIB you cant exactly dispute the fact that Diet Coke has 0 calories and regular Coke has 200 or so per can.
