USA DEALS

Diet help.

OK guys here it is, wanting to bulk. Hope the formats ok!

7.30am 1 shredded wheat
Semi skimmed milk
2 x 22ml scoops whey in water

10.00am 1 banana
1 Real fruit Strawberry yogurt

12.00 pm 1 Wholemeal pitta
lettuce
½ can tuna and reduced fat Mayo
1 bag of Macoys crisps (cannot help it)
1 Apple

5.00pm PWO shake 2 x 22ml scoops whey in water.
or
TT’s bulking shake

6.00pm 1 large chicken breast
white rice
large salad
or
pizza ( 1 a week )
or
spare rib pork chop
basmati rice
large salad
or
fresh fish ( cod or haddock )
large salad
white rice
or
home made chilli ( never gonna stop )

8.00pm snack of mixed nuts or wholegrain crackers

Lots of water throughout the day.

The only easy day was yesterday.

    Seriously lacking a lot there mate.

    10am for instance? Why not blend 100g oats, 3 scoops whey, banana and peanut butter with water?

    You dont hvae anything at 3pm? Have the shake i mentioned above at this time too

    What time do you go to bed at? You need something before bed too

    Forget about supplements at the moment, your diet is no where near good enough for what you are wanting to achieve.

    Read that link, have a look at the types of meals listed in the bulking diet, the food choices, timings, amounts, etc...

    Takes 2 mins to drink a shake at work.However make sure the shake is made up of solid foods with prorein, carbs and healthy fats in them.

    Also, is there a fridge at work to keep them in?

    2 x 22ml scoops whey in water (add some flax or some nuts)

    10.00am 1 banana
    1 Real fruit Strawberry yogurt (Where is the protein, 150gr chicken or something)

    12.00 pm 1 Wholemeal pitta
    lettuce
    ½ can tuna and reduced fat Mayo ( can of tuna plus 50gr of chicken or beef)
    1 bag of Macoys crisps (cannot help it)
    1 Apple

    5.00pm PWO shake 2 x 22ml scoops whey in water. (45 gr whey and 80gr dextrose)
    or
    TT’s bulking shake

    6.00pm 1 large chicken breast
    white rice
    large salad
    or
    pizza ( 1 a week ) (have some protein source, like chicken on the pizza)
    or
    spare rib pork chop
    basmati rice
    large salad
    or
    fresh fish ( cod or haddock )
    large salad
    white rice
    or
    home made chilli ( never gonna stop )

    8.00pm snack of mixed nuts or wholegrain crackers (add cottage cheese)

    Lots of water throughout the day.

    I just gave him some suggestions, The whole diet needs working but he needs to increase protein and fats. Look at TT's bulking diet in the articles.

    Ok I have had good read, I dont think I can get that amount of food down my neck. also Im never in one place with my work always on the move, but thanks for the advice.

    Prepare the meals the night before, it doesn't take long.

    If you do not have the time for food on the job then try TT's bulking shakes.
