Diet leading to unsettled bowels

Hey guys as title says ive been on my bulk diet for about a month now and i have got bad unsettled bowels, also some bad gas!

im eating stuff like tuna, cottage cheese, rice, porridge, bananas, PB..... now i know its not some of the things i eat, but was thinking could it be down to the tuna or cottage cheese intake? im currently on 2 servings of cottage cheese (125g each) one in the afternoon and one before bed and 150g of tuna for lunch a day.

Any help much appreciated!!!!

Regards

Any chance you are lactose intolerant?

My wife has a similar reaction to oily fish.

hmm i could be, never really noticed it this bad. suppose ive never really eaten large amounts of tuna or cottage cheese till now really so it might be stacking up.
If it is that bit screwed on what to do with the diet.

The only thing you can do then is to eliminate one thing at a time and see how it plays out.

I find high fat anything completely ruins my guts (hence I don't do keto).
Took my a while to work that one out.

ahh right well im only eating about 80g of fat so i wouldnt really consider that to be high, think if it carrys on, ill try eating different things, i was gonna try not eating tuna some days but its just so good protein for the price. although there is some stipulation as to whether its healthy eating tuna every day due to mercury.
