Diet on t3

Hi,

I've looked online and found conflicting info n the diet to use while on t3,

Easy question, should I stick to maintainer or go for a deficit diet? Would 1.5 g per lb of protein sound about right too?

Cheers

Results are mainly dependant on diet, even when using PED's... Of course PED's do give you a boost and can work magic, but the diet still needs to be designed with the end goal in mind.

If you're looking for fat loss than a mild calorie deficit with a good training regime should see you dropping fat nicely.
