I wouldnt have such a big portion of oats at 9am, I struggle to eat 50g of oats and I too have boiled eggs with it in the morning.

I eat the same stuff every day, might sound boring to some but it's all I like so my choices aren't great.

Are you doing a progress journal with before and after pics?

Oh ok. Maybe add some nuts in there. Not much fats in there apart from the eggs.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    Yes mate :)

The gist was that I think your cals and probably your protein are too high given your bodyweight / body fat %.

IMO bulking at 15-18%bf is a bad idea, I'd keep cutting down to a genuine 10% then bulk. Then the extra chub you put on from bulking won't be as hard to loose if your looking to compete, will be easier to go from 15% back to under 10 again then it will trying to get back down from 20% after eating 4000cals a day

Well unless you have a very hard manual job or train twice per day etc any calculator you throw your stats into would struggle to give a maintenance calorie level over 3k, so even being super generous you're in a 1.5k excess on a daily basis.I personally think that is excessive regardless of how much gear you're 'blasting'.

In terms of protein then again looking at your stats your getting over 3.5g per kilo of lean bodyweight. Protein intake can be argued until the cows come home but I think that's excessive.

At the end of the day you can suck it and see but I just think you will gain more fat than muscle and that as already mentioned you're already at the top end of what most people consider a good bodyfat level for starting point for weight gain.

As you seem to be familiar with my posts you should know any advice or input I offer is not based on my own behaviour as my own lifestyle is a car wreck ;)

Totally agree with pagan, cals are way too high for someone of your weight.

Start at 3000-3200 and add where necessary.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.
