3 meals a day, cook them up 4 days in advance.
I pretty much eat this at work everyday.
1000: 10 egg whites, 1 protein pancake with raisins and milk. 2 spoon optimum oil blend.
1300: Sirloin steak (300g), green veg (spinach, green beans, asparagus), 1 whole meal pitta with humous, half litre jelly with half avacado and milk.
1600: 200g Chicken breast, green veg (as above), 5 oat cakes, half litre jelly with avacado and milk, 2 spoon optimum oil blend.
If youre on a bulk, youd be eating rice/cous cous/paste/bread with every meal, and some pastry with cream, mmmmmm.
