Diet while on a cycle

Firstly should a diet differ while on and off a cycle?

My goal is to lean up and i will be doing a 8 week cycle of var (will also be taking clen and maybe t3)

below is my diet, how does this sound to the experts on this site?

Breakfast (5:30am)

- 6 egg whites
- 4 brown sliced bread
- Onion and salad
- Cooked in flaxseed oil
(2 sandwiches made from this)

Brunch (8:00am)

- 1 sandwich with 2 cans of tuna in brine with salad and a tad of mustard for flavour

Lunch (11:30am)

- 2 grilled fish

Pre dinner (3:00pm)

- chicken strips

banana before training (snack on some almonds through the day )

After gym

- protein shake from gym

Dinner (8:00pm)

Either steak or chicken breast steak with 6 egg whites and vegetables

    You can warm up flaxseed oil e.g. by adding it to porridge, but never heat it above 100 degC as this oxidises it and forms trans-fats. The safest option is to swig flaxseed oil straight out of the bottle (you do keep the bottle in the fridge, I hope?). Use Olive Oil for frying as it's more stable than most vegetable oils and it's not loaded with omega-6 fat.

    Apart from that, I can't see anything obviously wrong with your diet.

    Thanks for the input.....i do keep flaxseed in the fridge but i will no longer be cooking with it thats for sure!!!!!

    i heard coconut oil is good to cook with?


    also should the same diet be maintained while on and off a cycle? or should it change?

    Coconut oil is even more stable than olive oil. I know nothing about cycles so I can't answer your second question.
