Differences in Protein values for chicken breast.

Some fo the chicken breats I buy from the supermarket has 32g of protein per 100g, while other stuff only has 24g per 100g.

Why is there such a big difference wen both are 100 per cent chicken breast Grade A?

check what it is 100g of

100g of chicken once grilled could have around 32g protein
100g of chicken as sold could have around 24g protein

tbh i think that's what it is
