Different Ketosis Diets?

Hi guys, I am thinking of trying a keto diet to shed some weight and will also possibly run a cycle of aas with it.
 
Can someone please point me in the right direction for info on all the different kinds of keto diets available?

    Papa Laz runs an extensive thread on the Dave Palumbo Keto diet which I,m currently using, definately worth a read to see if your interested, all the diets are laid out for you aswell so ther initial leg work is done for you!

    also interested in learning more about keto diets, dont think the DP diet is for me though - wanna see the other variations

    Aye, the DP thread is just for the DP Keto - too many variatons of it to be run and too many macro cals for me to do myself.
     
    IMO they best are either CKD or TKD diets.

    I've just finished a 6 week CKD diet. Weight loss was good, quite enjoyed it and done no cardio!

    I've just finished a 6 week CKD diet. Weight loss was good, quite enjoyed it and done no cardio!

     
    What did that involve calza?
     
    I dont like the sound of the DP ketosis diet... so open to ideas

    Basically 3 days on about 50% of maintenance and approx 60-70g carbs depending on body weight. First two days involve depletion training. Fully body high rep work out repeated the next night. This training is pretty awful to be fair, low weights, no pump, bit of nauseousness - but im the type of weirdo that loves **** like that.
     
    Then the 4th day the first 3 meals are the same, then a small amount of carbs and into a high intensity full body work out. About 10-12 reps this time. Not as bad for feeling crap since you're out of keto but just dull and flat imo.
     
    Then from post wo till bedtime the next day is the carb up. Approx 5000 calories and 1200g carbs (very low fat though).
     
    6th day is a touch under maintenance but with a power workout - fully body again. 3-6 reps so much better weights, and being properly fuelled etc the pump is amazing.
     
    7th day just a bit less cals than 6th, with no carbs in second half of the day.
     
    Then back to the start!

    you guys have any good links to the CKD and TKD diets? i looked on mt articles but only 1 article on keto
     
    wanna make sure im reading something good and recommended rather than whatever google gives me :P

    Kaldog,check out ultimate diet 2,think its lyle mcdonald,looks fairly simple
