Basically 3 days on about 50% of maintenance and approx 60-70g carbs depending on body weight. First two days involve depletion training. Fully body high rep work out repeated the next night. This training is pretty awful to be fair, low weights, no pump, bit of nauseousness - but im the type of weirdo that loves **** like that.
Then the 4th day the first 3 meals are the same, then a small amount of carbs and into a high intensity full body work out. About 10-12 reps this time. Not as bad for feeling crap since you're out of keto but just dull and flat imo.
Then from post wo till bedtime the next day is the carb up. Approx 5000 calories and 1200g carbs (very low fat though).
6th day is a touch under maintenance but with a power workout - fully body again. 3-6 reps so much better weights, and being properly fuelled etc the pump is amazing.
7th day just a bit less cals than 6th, with no carbs in second half of the day.
Then back to the start!
