Different Training for Different Meds?

Guys,

I was in the gym earlier and this question sprung to mind, is there any benefit to adjusting your training depending on what meds your taking?

Cheers

I tend to increase my volume when im on. Other than that, not much changes to be honest compared to when I am off.

Yea i read increasing the volume was the way, is it harder to over train on gear? I find it difficult to know when to stop and could easily stay longer in the gym than i do.

just wondered if a Deca cycle would train a bit different to a Tren.

@ UFC Dammit safari wont work for me think i'll have to try resetting the phone.

No not really, just try and shift more weight tbh, the phycological
    boost being on always helps.

id say thats very true just had my first day on winny at the gym felt slightly stronger reped more on sum exercises and felt like i could go on longer, this must be down to the phycolgical factor right as im sure the winny aint had time to kick in properly yet. cant wait for weeks 3/4

just click onto mobile view.... happy days.

Only thing i change on cycle is more weight shifted, used to increase volume when i first started out but over the course of my last cycle i realised that i could make just as good progress on 45-60 minute sessions.

Gives me more time for cardio and to get the fvck out of there.... i'm making more progress now and spending less time in the gym.

    Stick to the basics.
