Only thing i change on cycle is more weight shifted, used to increase volume when i first started out but over the course of my last cycle i realised that i could make just as good progress on 45-60 minute sessions.
Gives me more time for cardio and to get the fvck out of there.... i'm making more progress now and spending less time in the gym.
Stick to the basics.
