Digestion Question

Why is eating between meals bad? For example, eating at 5, and then 6 and then every 3 hours from then. Is eating between meals hurt muscle growth or increase fat?

I always thought this was something you told kids. I thought it was to do with tooth decay or just to stop them annoying you for biscuits and sweeties.

yes, no, possibly, possibly not....whole structure of diet, activity levels, food consumed amongst other factors will determine if this proves detremental or even productive to overall gains
