Digital video cameras

I'd like a DV camera for £150 or less, doesn't need to be HD as I don't have anything that does HD, but something nice and compact, good quality video and one that takes photos like a normal digital camera would be nice too.

Not a clue what to look for so any advice is welcome thanks!

Unaffiliated.

The small panasonics the record to SD cards are nice and cool...tho youll never get a good quality still image from them, they arnt really even that close to what a normal digital camera would take a still at.
