Dip Alternative!

Hello. As i still have this unbearable Pain when i Dip, Is there any Good Alternative? Are Weighted Pressups anywhere near as good?

I have been Dipping with my Feet on the Power rack Behind me so it's a Cross between a dip and Pressup and it the Pain vanishes so i think it might be some form of impingemen! Hmmmm...

Anyway if anyone can suggest a Good Alternative to the Dip i will be Very Gratefull.
Cheers.

weighted pressups are an excelent alternateive, what do you train for? size/strength. though there will come a point when you cannot reasonably add more weight, doing them with 40-50kg on your back and raising your feet by 12" should keep you going for a while.

Ok well it's a stabbing pain that Hurts a bit when doing the Dips, but as i put my feet down and take the Pressure off of my upper Bady is when it shoots through! it feels like it's through the Scapula!
Yeah i started off doing em and Found doing em on heavy Dumbells Really worked hard as Satbilization was much harder and Increased the Rom! Training for Strength but any mass that can be gained is Appreciated if u know what i mean, Eating to Gain anyway!
Well thanks for the Help Again Lads!
