Somebody's been watching Stan Efferding on YouTubes.

I’ve gone right off him.. just like mark bell.. they have good info, but they’ve sold out commercially.

Mark Bell is a prime bellend now. Thinks he's some kind of life coach, it's quite embarrassing actually. Mike rachid is another one, absolute tosser.

Exactly that! I used to love listening to his podcast it’s just all sh!t now.. his last one was called “where you are is unacceptable” like Fvck off you dooshbag.

A lot of people now, particularly the Americans (but their home market tends to lap it up more), spout far to much drivel which makes gleaming out the useful info very tedious listening/watching. As much as I like Mike Israetel's logic and views/findings I have come to realise that the last years worth (if not more) of interviews, podcasts and educational vids are just regurgitating exactly the safe info... at some point I will miss some good stuff just cos I don't want to keep sifting thru the repetition

Sciatica is bloody awful it doesn't take much at all to trigger it off but it can play havoc with your training once it flares just effects everything hopefully its just a niggle that will calm down.

Smith squats looked really smooth I think my gym needs a smith machine now LOL

I'll get it every time I train legs for a couple of months then I'll get nothing at all for a couple of months... I had no bother at all the whole of the last block (other than one wonky jab that tightened things up), was fine all last week then I'd clearly done something slightly unusual over the weekend that has triggered it. It's a little there when chilling on the sofa but day to day I don't feel it too much thankfully.

Skinny boy today at 111.8kg!!! Not convinced that I should be losing THAT much by way of AAS levels dropping and calories are unchanged so an interesting state of affairs.

Smith Decline Bench: 10x40, 8x60, 5x80, 100x11, 9, 8
Pec Dec: #15x12, 9
JM Smith Press: 55x13, 11, 10
V Bar Push Down: #14x 14, 12
Dumb Bell SLR - 'Pinned': 5s x16, 16, 16
Plate Front Raise: 20kg x15, 13

Broga all going Ok (altho some tightness up in the left side I think ATM) and on to the real work. Bring the smith back in to action again but going with a slight decline. It's interesting how heavy I find the smith, could be it's 'wonkiness' could be just the specifics not suiting me but a shallow decline should at least match a flat and I didn't have double the reps in me for sure. Anyway, it was strict, it was focused and it hit the spot, and that's what matters. Didn't get carried away either so there will be solid progression. Pec dec was easy tho, don't think I finished on #15 when I last used this (granted that was for about 18 reps +) and while it was meant to be heavier for less reps I smoked it, form locked in too. After a bit on indecision I went for JM press on the smith (I feel the smith will be a trend this block), weight felt light so this should progress well as we go along I think. V push downs also moved nicely. I toyed with some OH stuff for tris but mobility is a little off today but happy enough with what I did. Tried something a little different for side delt by completely pinning (hence the same) my shoulder in position, traps, lats etc everything locking them in a fixed position so there was absolutely zero movement from anywhere else, the result was a pussy weight being used (not that I fret about delts). As I had time to spare I threw in some front raises with a 20kg plate.

No idea WTF is going on with TH and Social.

First off, he does have to have a brain scan, his eye sight is doing weird things, I suspected weight related, diabetes etc but they have found a 'cloud' on his brain but nothing directly obvious when checking his eyes. It's annoying as now I need to find some compassion for someone who is a narcissistic twat that I have zero time for.

But, they have been taken off the legal order. OK, in a way this should be a good and positive sign, but the meeting was 2 weeks ago with no imminent discussion of this happening and 10 days before that the social worked wanted an urgent meting with us as she was worried... now they're off it??! Makes no sense. They will still be on a Child Protection Order until at least June tho.

Too broke to buy separate cooking tins etc for their gluten intolerant child or to buy him fruit BUT he now catches a bus to take him to nursery rather than walk the 20 mins up the road... which also means she has an excuse not to go as they can't afford for both to travel.

They have been offered a house tho, and the good news is that it's a bit further out (they'd been trying to get near us)... no issue for me driving but just far enough to be awkward for them to get to us and to have a valid excuse when I can't be dealing with going to theirs. The twat nearly turned it down tho.... it's a 2 bed so more than likely a new build not an old sh!tty council house. It's in a nice part of town (posh side even tho if council their area won't be that posh), superstore near by, loads of local shops, schools and parks... but apparently it was too far out (for what..? your job...?) and buses only run every 90mins accoring to TH (never mind the park and ride 5 mins up the road with buses to town every 10 mins). I think they just couldn't be arsed with the hassle of the reality of moving. But they have now accepted it and unless there is an emergency house needed in the next week they should have it. Talk about landing on your feet...still £2k in debt mind.

More bread and butter pudding needed!
Some people, no matter how atrocious just seem to land on their feet no matter what. And the best part of it, they don't even realise or appreciate it.

You don't need to tell me how much he expects all the allowances and special treatment he gets or how hard done by he is when he doesn't get what he wants or feels he deserves, lived with that BS attitude for over 10 years. And no gratitude whatsoever when you do go out of your way, not genuine or heartfelt anyway.

But knowing that he is pretty much a classic malignant narcissist none of this now surprises me.

We have granola slices and choc chip shortbread on the desk today... time to indulge again I think

I can't help but think that the little lads health issues are definitely related to his abuse.

That and the fact that I don't think they are really fully engaged in understanding the issue at hand. I don't think she has the capacity to actually get what it is anyway and he's too up himself to think that he needs to research anything

Can't see your vid for some reason. Think it's my end- the internet p0l1ce have gone mental. Will have a look at home some time to see this 'pinned' SLR you're on about.

Decent work though mate. Hope the sciatica goes soon. I reckon it was the couch. If my posture is a bit off or I get a chair that doesn't support well it sets mine right off for days.

I’d say that’s pretty normal given all the variables.

It’s pretty much a given that due to both your size and relatively lean condition as well as your age and training years that you are at if not over your natural genetic potential and the gains you do make are down to your blasting.

You also don’t have the best ‘muscle retention’ cruising switch protocol imo. Waiting 4 weeks for your blast to clear before starting cruise is really not optimal from a retention point of view, especially as above, you are probably over your genetic limit.

If you start your cruise the very next week, it gives you time to settle in while levels return to a lower amount. It’s the same principle as bridging with an oral from end of cycle to start of PCT. You could argue that you waiting that month for levels to clear is more ‘healthy’ but in reality, if health was that much of issue, bug blasts with tren wouldn’t happen!

Animal do you think that its messing with their test levels ? I mean the lads these days just seem to be more feminine and hitting puberty really late compared to ourselves just weird.

Males these days are definitely getting less masculine, natural test levels are dropping in teens and young men and its down to a lot of things. Changes in diet trends, less manual work, social media, feminism and everyone getting offended all the time is watering down the male population. Even things like dads now having a closer relationship with there son can have an effect. Old school dads in the 50's to the 70's didn't have as much of a relationship with there kids, due to work or being in the boozer. That toughened kids up back then.

Airbourne Warrior posted this link in another topic that briefly sums it up.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/neilhowe/2017/10/02/youre-not-the-man-your-father-was/#382f6b658b7f

Things are a lot better now in many ways, of course its a good thing that dads are having closer relationships with their kids, and that they do more family orientated things, but boys still need to be treated like men imo. Teach them right from wrong, comfort them when needed, but also tell them off when they start acting like a wimp. I think football is the worst for this, players crying as soon as they are touched by another player, its ridiculous.

My son is 7, and when he gets upset over something which is clearly just a cry for attention, I tell him to 'man up' straight away. I feed him proper food, he does MMA twice a week and is not afraid to get stuck in. As soon as he is old enough to lift I will get him on the weights.

You may have a point, Animal, I have felt, however, that even after 3-4 weeks your blood levels will still be supraphysiological. Altho one thing I over-looked this blast was that as I ran tren my total doses were a bit lighter than usual so may well have 'flat-lined' sooner than normal as this hasn't tended to happen in the past (altho I am heavier than I've been for a while too)

Sciatica hasn't felt so bad today, I'll see how tomorrow goes.

They bounce back up without any worries when a fan runs on the pitch and touches them tho

112 this morning (had some chocolate chip shortbread last night). Braved the wind for the 2 min bike ride to the gym (which was better than my 15min bike ride to work just now).

Seated Cable Row (EZ): 12x #4, 10x #8, #11x12, 10, 10
Parallel Grip Chins: BW x8, 6
Seated Shrugs: 32.5kg 12, 11, 9
Dumb Bell Spider Curls: 10s x14, 13, 13
Rope Curls: #9x12, 12, 12
Hack Calf Raises: 10x40, 80x14, 13, 12, 12

Once my broga was done it took a moment of indecision to decide what I was going to start off with, then realised I'd not done any cable work for a while. All felt good, nice controlled contraction and a decent start point. Got a bit excited after that and jumped in to some parallel grip chins, with bodyweight. I'll keep an eye on how hard these get and what form does but a simple double setter worked fine. Went a bit old skool next and put some shrugs in, form here is intentional if you watch the vid just for a bit a change. Dumb bell spiders for biceps felt about right (if I ignored the shoulder clicking) and reps came nicely. Rope curls for the hammer side afterwards, not too sure what went on or why reps held out so well here but shouldn't complain. Hack machine at the end for some calf work to finish it all off.
