OTF.. the trouble is not only does it require an epic change in his character and priorities, it also requires a huge tolerance and understanding, as well as accepting, that his child's mother is never going to be entirely competent as a parent and to also work with that too. I don't see the environment ever being good for the child

Did you say that to them? I know it would be difficult infront of the others, but surely if that's the way YOU feel they should know your concerns.

Sounds odd but that wasn't really the nature of the discussion. They have to be given the chance to be assessed, it was all about how we all function as a supportive unit. Everyone knows the past failings that they all have to work on and improve.

Yeah, we're all going to have to be very pro-active cos I don't completely buy in to TH claiming he'll ring people up for help and opinions, that's just not his way

Re: 2017/01/11 17:20:29 (permalink)
Odd one today, decent but odd. Woke up with an odd ab/gut pain, like a localised indegestion. Still have it a bit now. But all was good.

Also, Juice Fairy delivered..... 200iu hyge, 400 tabs of tbol, 120 tabs winny, 1 tub of anadrol, 4 or 5 10ml vials of primo, 1 of EQ, some AIs and some chinese clen. All FOC and no hand jobs.

Back Squat: 5x60, 5x80, 5x100, 1x120, 140, 165x1, 2
Ext (flossing): #16x 7, 18
DL: 5x120, 170, 220x4, 12
Wide LPD: #17x5, 14+2
V bar PD: #15x5, 15+2
Pullovers: laying #11, 8, 15+2
Laying Cable Curl: #15x 5, 15+2

Felt OK warming up today, all moving well. Didn't belt up until 165, first set was ok. 2nd set looks OK on vid but the 2nd rep I could feel myself wobbling/shaking so didn't push a 3rd, 2 was hard graft anyway TBH. My mate said it looks like the bar moves faster than I do (which is a hinge problem I am likely to cure) but I'm not sure I can see it that much in the vid. The other thing we discussed was how to use my belt, I think I actually pull it too tight in trying to get it as tight as I can. I think it's hindering my breath between reps and throwing me off. One notch looser should help me get the breath I need and to then be able to expand in to my belt. All good tho. Ext work was up a pn, about at the limit here without pulling out of the seat I think, might get away with 1 more, but all good, quads frazzled at the end. DLs, doing these now really is a daft idea but doesn't prevent it needing to be done. 120 and 170 were ok, 220 felt ropey tho, again slightly tight/pulling in the hammy. Got my act together for the work set tho and pulled out 12 reps somehow. Quick bit of back, wide PD were up a rep and smooth strong reps I felt. V bar went the same way, also up but this time 2 reps IIRC. Pullover were up in weight, good form and nice reps. Finished up with biceps, the one exercise not to go up but kept it tight and bis were baked.

But you don't take orals? Why accept them? You could crush the winny and make up some oils like a Walter White

Second set was much better then first . Didn't see anything wrong with second rep

Re: 2017/01/11 19:06:57 (permalink)
Visually the second set was ok, but I got a quiver on, not something you'd see but was there.

I don't take orals to the extent that I won't pay for them to bother with the hassle, but for free, and I've never tried but always been curious about Tbol. He'd only have chucked it. He said what I don't want I can flog and just give him half but TBH I can't be arsed with dealing with the sort of nonsense that people expect when you try to hook them up.

He still has a draw full of stuff for himself, he just cleared out what he didn't want or like and gave it to me.

I probably just get some more test to run at a low dose and bosh the primo and tbol for however long I can. I need to see exactly what I have and do the dosage-maths. HCG with it for 20wks at a basic 2iu on training days and I'm GTG with minimal expense.... just what I need to get some funds saved for a late summer/autumn tren hammering again

Re: 2017/01/12 16:21:08 (permalink)
One of those 'rocking horse poo' days today..... a good pressing session

Inc DB: 5x20s, 30s, 40s, 50s x5, 13
Flat DB: 50s x5, 14
Pec Dec: +10kg x5, 16+2
Smith OH: 75x 5, 14
Dips: +15x 6, 20
Laying V PDs: #15x 5, 14+2

Didn't start off too dazzling, felt better warming up again which was a good satrt and worked Inc better than last week with no real grinder but reps were the same. Falt looked to be going the same way as the prep set felt worse than it should have done but this is where the power of getting your head in the game becomes evident cos when I got to the set that meant something I blew past last weeks grinding fail on the 13th rep to only get it without breaking rhythm but also put a 14th to bed too. Skipped down to the pec dec feeling things were going well to pop an extra rep out on that too. Sticking with smith for the OH work I upped that by 5kg, with the smith being sticky I thought this may result in bombing out but nah, only 1 rep down and I felt that was only because the sticking last rep spent me out. Upped dips, thought I only had 5kg last week not 10, had I realised I would have gone up to 20kg not just 15 as I ended out banging out a whole lot of reps here, still up on last week with more weight tho. Finished with the V bar PDs which looks as tho I may have stauled on, total reps held even tho.

You see! Dropping those second prep sets gave you an additional 1.1 reps on the flat! (Not a grinding fail at 13..12.9 reps!). Now imagine how many you'd do if you dropped that first prep set on your flat!

Sometimes I'm not just a pretty face.

Re: 2017/01/12 16:52:13 (permalink)
Nah, that prep set does me good, it often feels uncomfortable where my niggles do linger in the background still so it just feels like it sets everything in place as for the work set, the real work set they are all clear. I do give it a good couple of mins so that prep set has pretty much had no effect on fatigue (altho I do know it will have had some).

I know what you're saying but I genuinely do feel a need for it
