Dirty's Journal (4 WEEKS IN)

OK, here we go......

The stats
6'1"
240lbs
Abs just visable [:P]


The cycle

Wks 1-8 for all
Test prop: 100mg EOD
Tren: 50mg EOD
Winny: 50mg ED
Proviron: 25mg ED


The diet

A typical days eating....

9.15: Oats and 12 scrambled eggs (1 yolk)
11.15: Tuna and wholemeal rice
12.20: TRAIN
13.40: Whey and water (with some glucose)
14.40: Tuna sarnies (wholemeal bread)
17.00: Chicken salad and homemade chips
19.00: Modified Bigfella Bar and salad
21.00: Tuna and salad
23.00: Whey in milk and some nibbles
00.20: Salmon n crackers w/cream cheese and some mackeral
When I wake up for a pee: Whey in water or milk

I also pop some fruit and veggie juice in during the day too


The routine

4 day split

Mon: Chest and bi's (plus some grip work)
Tues: Quads and calves (plus some abs)
Thurs: Hams, Back and Traps
Fri: Delts and tri's (plus some calves and grip work)

I shall try and break down the workouts as I go along.


Already started my winny and prov, tren and prop will be jabbed when I get home about 2ish.

    My works comp won't let me download pics, maybe I'll borrow a friend compy sometime to get some photo's up somewhere. I'm a bit shy tho [:I], maybe another 20lbs I will[:P]

    BTW the Prop and Tren jabbed like a dream, no soreness, no stinging, no coughing just smooooooth all the way. Although I over drew and jabbed a full 75mg instead of the 50 I said I would do, honest it was an accident [:P].

    The interesting thing is that now I've dropped the creatine out cos of my cycle, I've gotten much harder in a few days

    2nd jab this morning and still feeling fine. No flu symptoms, no soreness, no coughing - feeling pretty good actually. Nice session down the gym despite some recent personal stresses.

    Chest and Bi's today:

    Dips: 3x10 with 35kg added
    Flyes: 10 reps with 37.5 kg DB's
    Inc Flyes: 10 reps with 35kg
    Inc BD press: 9x 42kg triple drop set.

    EZ curls: 3x8 with 50kg on the bar
    Inc curls: 9 reps with 22.5kg
    Hammer: 8 reps with 22.5kg

    Then some static hold work. +15kg on towel hangs and then 120kg holds.

    Cycle number 3. Previously did the full test,deca, dbol and winny stack and after that I did a test only cycle. Ran clen and ECA between the 2 to cut up a bit.

    This is for bulking but I'm also trying to keep fat gains to a minimum. I'll then be hitting a test and EQ cycle at the end of the year I think......... TBH I was just too keen to try tren [:P]

    My main goal for this year is to be a nice 18st+.

    When you started AS what weight were you? How did you progress
    with each cycle? I'm curious to see how much you kept from each cycle,
    if gains reduced with each one, etc thanks

    TB: Tricky to say mate due to the fact that I'm leaner than I was before. I'm only 6-8 lbs heavier than my heaviest natural weight (altho I normally hung about 225-230) but my condition is much better. Cycle No2 got me from 224lbs (after cutting) to a good 240 tho.


    Todays session was Quads. My back is still holding me back a bit here.

    Squats: worked up to 1 set of 12 with 140kg
    Press: 450kg for 2x8 and 1x9
    Calves raise: 160kg x 75
    Abs.

    Despite my squatting concerns leg press felt easy today, onve I'm getting 10 reps out I'll up the weight by 5kg. Squats won't go up until I'm getting 15 reps out.

    Oh yes, I do get the odd steak in but we can't all afford it ED or have a butler to prepare it for us [:P]. I'm a Sirloin or fillet man so I wait until it's in the 'must sell before it rots' section at Tescos.....

    Hams, Back and Traps day today. BTW, chins were hard today so I just weighed myself and I'm up 6.5lbs already (and yes the 0.5 is very important )

    Ham curls: 70kg x 8, 9, 10
    SLDL: 160kg x 10

    Chins: Bodyweight x 8, 7, 7
    One arm rows: 72.5kg x 10, 10
    V-bar pull down: 120kg x 11
    BO rows: 65kg x 11

    Seated shrugs: 140kg x 12
    Standing: ~200kg x 12

    All in all felt pretty good today, sweating alot but other than that, nice.

    All other feed back is good too. Slightly tight quad from my jab yesterday but no other sides.

    You have similar stats and goals as myself (ok you're a bit bigger but you've got five years on me though!)

    Sounds like its going well so far. I know you gained well off your last cycle so you must be pretty consistant with diet and training. One Q though. Why the Proviron? Wont you just be a walking erection for the next 8 weeks with the test on top?

    ^^^^ your point being

    Proviron is mainly there due to the tren being a progestin. I also am looking for minimal water and fat this time. The test isn't really high enough to have me sha99ing everything in sight TBH.

    The last cycle was great for a test only, and at nearly 7lbs in 6 days this looks like a cracker too especially as sides are being kept down.

    Delts and Tris today:

    DB press: 47.5kg for 3x9
    Front raise (bar): 10 x 30kg
    Wide upright row: 14 x 50kg
    Side raise: 22.5kg x 8
    Rear raise: 15kg x 12
    Rear delt LPD: 12 x No14 (?kg)

    Close grip (smith): 112.5kg for 8, 7, 7
    Dips: +35kg for 7
    Push down: 10 x No9 (?kg)

    Seated calf raise: 60kg x 75

    Pinch grip work.

    Felt good on delts today but a bit knackered for tri's as I had an early start at work today.

    Right quad has a slight swelling from my Wed jab which I'll have to keep an eye on. Not really sore but it is tender and there is a small bump just above where I jabbed, could be due to the fact that I've not jabbed as much as 3ml in my quads before.

    Definately looking bigger even tho I'm only up about 6lbs, especially around the arms. I think this is due to looking harder I dunno.

    Felt pretty strong today and went up in either reps or weight on most exercises.

    The swelling in my quad has gone down.

    Been suffering from a bloated stomache, which I always seem to get on a cycle for a few weeks. LIke indegstion, should hopefully die down in a week or 2

    I know I shouldn't weigh myself all the time but I couldn't resist it, up another 1.5lbs over the weekend Arms are 18.5" now, they will be 19" dammit!!!!

    Weight is now249 which I'm content with .

    Strength is increasing nicely and there is some noticable improvements in my thickness which I'm suprised with at only 9lbs heavier.

    I have not suffered any sides apart from the stomache upsets that I always seem to get.

    My accuracy sucks tho and I have jabbed 75mg far more often than I have jabbed 50mg [:P], unintentional honest!!
