Disproportionate and badly shaped chest. Help!
Hello everyone. First time poster.
My issue is that my chest is way bigger than the rest of the muscles of my body, since I trained it a lot earlier(started doing push ups when I was 14 years old). I´m basically super skinny but with a big hard chest(it is muscle). And since I did exercises at my house, I didnt train right, and didnt seem to build the upper chest area. This results in a very weird look. Which people tend to remind me of every time they see me shirtless.
In the past 10 months I started going the gym VERY seriously, with a very complete routine, but not much changed. I just got slightly bigger.
What are my options? Stopping chest work until everything is proportionate? How do i deal with the lagging ´´upper chest´´? This is incredibly frustrating and makes me feel way too self conscious.
