Do I get Healthy Actions Help?

Since moving my training and diet has got worse than ever, at least I used to be disciplined with my training frequency.

I'm just about to start a job where I'll be working from home 95% of the time.

I think paying the money will help give me back the motivation and discipline to train right and give me the right diet to fuel me for that too.

I'm just a little worried that if I don't acheive my goals, it is basically down to me and I'm not sure I could handle that failiure.

Who else has used them and con help me make my decision.

I've had a plan done mate.

I might be wrong but in my honest opinion i think the reason it worked so well is not because it was so different from what i was doing before (James didn't change that much tbh), it was because it more or less took the guesswork out of the game.

Before i would always justify eating a pile of crap because 'i've worked hard' or something stupid, whereas when you have a diet you know is sound you don't really have an excuse... you just use your willpower and follow what the plan says. Easy peasy

It worked for me when I purchased a Healthy Action 6 week plan. Paying someone to give you directions for each individual meal and training help can be just the thing you need if your motivation has gone to zero. Each to their own.

That was what I was thinking. If it's laid out in front of me so I can easily block out temptation and it gives me a schedule to stick to then I'm going to get back on track and have the energy to train.

In 1972 a crack nutrition unit was sent to prison by a military court for the heinous crime of slating "Dr" Gillian McKieth, a crime they fully confessed to.

These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the U.K underground.

Today, still wanted by the zealots of the church of McKieth, they survive as nutrition advisors of fortune.

If you have a weight or training problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire..... the Healthy Action Team."

Funnily enough the image of the A-Team did enter my mind when posting this.

I have decided to contact them, and give myself no more excuses of why my middle jiggles a bit

imo yes. but i havent had it done, however i know loads of people that i tell about the service and just procrastinate even more.

get it done, let them take the guesswork out and for the next 6 months your training will improve no end because you will have a new motivation, something thats hard to come by.
