Do Many People Use the Push/Pull/Legs Routine?

Do many people use this routine? Do they find it works for them?

    Yes, many bodybuilders employ this method. It will only work though if it's sensible and their diet is pretty much spot on. Same as any routine really!

    I use this one..

    Monday (chest/shoulders/triceps)
    Weighted dips 3x8
    Inc bench 3x8
    DB Shoulder press 3x8
    CG bench press 3x8

    Wednesday (Legs/Abs)
    Squat 3x8
    SL Deadlift 3x8
    One Leg Calf raises 3x10
    Abs

    Friday (back/biceps)
    Deadlift 3x6
    Chins 3x Max
    One Arm Rows 3x8
    BB curl 3x8

    i use it too mate has worked wonders for me ive put on a stone in 3 months with this. but ive done a lean bulk have pictures in the general forum

    It seems to be one of the more sensible split routines. My journal (sig below) shows a 5*5 pull/push/leg in action.

    My routine is similar to DC77s

    That's essentially a push/pull/legs plan

    Working very well!

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
