Do you Customize your Protein Shakes?

Most mornings now I add Maxwell House coffee powder in with my chocolate or vanilla whey shakes, i then add in some ice cubes. Its just like drinking ice cold coffee. Beautiful tasting. I have tried it with strawberry, and it didnt taste as good.

    yep

i like to colour co-ordinate the tops of the shakers with the colour of powder

    - add some blinging lettering to the shaker

and widden the mouth of the top to get more down my neck

Unless I have added peanut butter into it (I use this alot) then I normally add in some fruit (I use a blender) and plenty of ice.

I can't imagine why? Maybe try more coffee next time!

Not really - I tried LG but that was a mistake so now do the shakes on their own.

I've added dump valves to mine. Everytime i tilt my head back you get that stupid air sound like a nova changing gear...i did it to impress a girl...

Anyway, in reality, peanut butter, fruit, it depends on what flavour the shake is to be honest. though once i had a straberry protein with added black pepper....so so gross!

Probably not the best content, but its really nice with an ice cold can of coke and porridge oats all blended together into a frothy mess

Festar: You can't plead poverty with 2 cars. That's like a little Kenyan chap pleading poverty with 2 packets of uncle bens rice hidden under his bed.
