I knew basic stuff from other trainers when I lived in Wales, mostly wrong regarding the meds. I can say I wouldnt know at least 75% of what I know now if I didnt find this place.

If it was for MT I'd probably still be doing bicep curls and hammer lifts only! I would also think as long as I did a bit of cardio that would be my leg training!!!

i like the convenience of asking questions and getting quick reponses. I've gained a lot of BB'ing information but I've not really put it to use. Ironically Im probably in worse shape not then the days before i joined MT. Just lazy i guess!!

i think we owe it to ourselves what we acheive. Yeah it all well and good reading stuff on here, reading fitness books etc.. to learn, but it down to yourself wether or not to put it into practise, do you have the will power to reach your goals.? MT is a helpful resource and a good place to discuse pretty pointless cr"p, ya gotta love it!

Yup! I was overtraining and eating like a mouse, using over priced supps and my knowledge was disctinctly lacking. Now I feel I have enough knowledge to get myself to the condition I want in 2 years, assuming that I don't injure myself anymore playing basketball!!

I wouldn't say all. Training and exercises I knew before hand, but articles and info on diet are what have educated me the most

I haven't got anywhere near there yet but I do honestly think that with MT I would have given up by now.

It was through MT that I ended up at Adlington. What a truly happy day that was
