Does CEE degrade in a post-workout shake?

Just recently purchased some CEE, it says to take 2-3 grams half an hour before exercise, which isn't a problem and also immediately after exercise. Now, as I cycle to the gym, I can't really carry the powder around with me so was wondering if it's ok to mix it into my post-workout shake. The shake consists of water, whey, oats, peanut butter and honey, and I make it at home so 2 hours pass by until I take it. Just wanted to find out if CEE degrades and becomes useless in that time.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

no its not, CEE is unstable. Not only that but tastes like crap. I came off a 6 week cycle 2 week ago, thought I'd give it a try. I've now gone back to mono.

CEE is all marketing hype, its pants mate. I've tried and tested it.

Fair play if it didn't work for you, but I've heard quite a few positive reviews too. So I'd rather test it out myself. plus, I've already nought it so no turning back now.

I'm not bothered about the taste, I just wanted to know if it will break down in that time and become totally useless.

Fount it more effective than Mono personally. I wouldn't personally add it to the PWO shake as it is revolting. I have a small tub that I have it in. Only a little water and bolt it down. Then onto the PWO shake, not sure I would be able to stomach it together

But does anyone know if it will degrade if I DO mix it into my shake and leave it for a couple of hours before I drink it?
