i have a similar split;
back shouldnt really include less sets than chest (probably dont need to work chest as much)
Chins/ pull ups should be included (i think back routine could be varied better) bent over row and dumbell row kinda similar
i personally like to work the the three heads of the delt, lateral raises, barbell press & behind the neck press or bent over raises
Legs can be stimulated with less work
These are all personal preferences and may not be suitable for you but if your not totally satisfied with your results these pointers may help
