    I like the split, but I'd personally change the following:

    Monday: No need for two flat bench movements (keep DB I'd say). No need for kickbacks (one tricecep exercise only - close grip bench press or skull crushers)

    Tuesday: No chin/pull ups? Do barbell row OR DB row, not both. Dump one of the curling exercises (concentration curl I'd say)

    Thursday: Not a big fan of upright row, perhaps swap for an isolation exercise or just stick with barbell shoulder press. Too much volume on ab work

    Friday: Too much calf work. Lunges may be overkill

    Just my two cents

    i have a similar split;

    back shouldnt really include less sets than chest (probably dont need to work chest as much)
    Chins/ pull ups should be included (i think back routine could be varied better) bent over row and dumbell row kinda similar
    i personally like to work the the three heads of the delt, lateral raises, barbell press & behind the neck press or bent over raises
    Legs can be stimulated with less work

    These are all personal preferences and may not be suitable for you but if your not totally satisfied with your results these pointers may help

    Thanks for the comments guys, I was going to see how I got on with it for a few weeks and if it is no good then I would try some of the changes that have been suggested.

    Musts: One row movement not 2, take out seated calves, lower volume slightly. Add Pull-ups.
    Suggestions: Take out flat bench and do Dips instead with Incline done first. Change split slightly to put more work on thursdays.
