Does your joints ache after years of training?

Hi guys, I'm in my 30s and have been training for a few years now. But I would like to know the guys who are in their 40s & above. All those years of training heavy, has it affected your joints?.

Yes mate but only if I have too much of a lay off from the gym, which is rare. I'm 50 and have a recurring bad lower back and shoulder arthritis. I think it's general wear and tear as we age rather than any sudden ache.
Best to keep at it and use mind over matter.
