Doing it the DG Way!!!

I'm starting a new training cycle from Monday. Going to try using the Doggcrapp training method. Training each bodypart 3 times in 9 days, using only 1 high intensity set (using rest pause technique).

Diet is going to be high protein, Moderate fat, moderate Carb (no carbs after 4pm - except PW)

Going to cycle Super Supplements 4 weeks on 3 weeks off, see how things go.

Starting at around 15st 8lbs (218lbs) and around 15%. Want to add as much size as possible till around May and then diet back a little.

Going to keep this updated for info, advice and to keep me motivated

Opinions, comments welcome.

    Training will be:

    Workout 1

    Chest
    Shoulders
    Triceps
    Back Width
    Back Thickness

    Workout 2

    Biceps
    Forearms
    Calves
    Hamstrings
    Quads

Then repeat workout 1 again, I'll train Mon, Tue and Thur (only time I can do it.) I'll pick three exercises per bodypart and alternate them each session.

I'm looking at my diet and looking for comments/advice. This is a typical day's diet:

6am: Protein Shake 60g, Olive Oil
8am: 3 Weetabix, 1 pint semi skimmed milk
10am: 1 Tin Tuna, Olive Oil, 50g Dry Roasted Nuts
    12.30pm: 125g Cooked Rice, 2 Chicken Breasts
    2.30pm: Met RX
5pm: 2 Slices of Cooked Beef
    7pm (PW): Drink - 25g Prot, 50g Carbs
    7.30pm: Protein Drink 40g , Olive Oil
    8.30pm: 2 Beefburgers, Veg, 1 Pint Milk
    10.30pm: Protein Drink 40g

Which works out to around 4100Kcals, 450 Prot, 215 Carb and 160g Fat (mostly good fats)

Any comments on where I can change this??

I don't train with anybody. If I need a spot I just ask someone I know and trust to give me a lift. To be honest, as you are not doing any forced reps all you need is for someone to make sure you don't get crushed under the weight!!

Thanks for the spelling lesson [:I] D'Oh

Is there any way I can change it??

Stretching is really hard, you won't get anywhere near the times that were mentioned by DC, you will need to work up to them. Let me know which one's your having a problem with and I'll see if I can help.
