Dont you love the

.. feeling when after a hard session you got to wash your face but you cannot because your biceps are pumped to hell or when you pop into the shower and cannot lift your arms high enough to wash your hair (yea yea no arsey comments ;)).

Been out of the scene for a few years and just got back into it and didnt realise how good that feels ....

    dude it worse when you just done a good session on your arms and you can't use your mobile it feels like it weights like 100kgs.

    13.12 Stone, 5ft9.5:
    1RM Dead 205kgs
    1RM Bench 130kgs

    1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.

    Thats actually happens to me now.

    Its great after a workout but I wouldnt want it all the time

    No it best when your entire bicep is touching the delt because its massively pumped...hold on you wont know about that though..lol!!

    The best one is when you have worked your arms then you need to scratch your back. Very difficult.

    no, the best is when you have worked your chest and the next day you realise that not only can you not touch your elbows together, you can't even get them near each other.
