Double cardio??

Im on the home would straight of what will be 14 weeks of dieting. For the last seven thinking of doing 2 cardio sessions on 1 of my days off weights. I do one AM fasted and thinking of doing one bot 5ish. How long after a meal should u do it to make it slightly like fasted?? CHEERS

    Well i normally say something like 2.5 hours after a protein and healthy fat meal is a good guidline to go from.

    Is double cardio only recommended for short periods, i.e. the end of a cut or can it be done whenever?

    IMO it is an option for when you reach a plateau.

    E.g. Weight loss slowing down? Try increasing both input and output.

    It is something that you could look at once you are nearer your goals and need that extra 'push' as it were.

    Iv don 7 weeks dieting and really done wan do more than another 7. I was thinking of doing something like this how does it look

    6.30am cardio

    7.30am
    protein and carbs

    10.30am
    protein and fat


    1pm
    protein and fat


    3pm
    cardio


    4pm
    protein and carb

    Means i dont go to long with out protein what do u recon?? Cheers
