Ive got an idea for dragons den, not sure if it would work but....

Tattooing. There are loads of great tattooists around, but cut to it simply, it is needles going into skin to produce a picture.

So, why couldnt a machine be created to do tattoos ultra fast, like a printer? Multi needles, thousands of them, could do a full back piece in like 5 minutes!
