Dreaming about training ?

Does anyone else do this or am I on my own ?

Dreamt the other night I was at the gym ( which had conveniently moved next door to my house ) and I was doing my upper split. I got to chins and thought I'd try them without any assistance on the big boys' bar ... I did 3 sets and woke up feeling very chuffed with myself... Until I realised it was only a dream :/

Training upper on Saturday next, might give it a go

And though she be but little, she is fierce..

It's not just you, I had one last night

It was weird though, I was trying to fix this weird contraption similar to a Smith machine but with what I can only describe as a "tray" for weights on it. It was broken

    Pretty stupid dream lol

If im thinking alot about it I do. It happened last night and its the worst nights sleep ever, just the same thing going through your head over and over.

Last night it was about deadlifting because I was practising and watching vids on youtube.

When I dream about training, it's never my gym, just some poorly stocked dump with not enough weights and too many people.

I had a dream about deadlifting the other night. I was in the gym with my mate, who lifts less than me, then all of a sudden he was warming up on 100kg etc etc and i was stuggling on 90's.
I was gutted, but then i woke up thankfully

My wife has these functional dreams - like doing marking, shopping for detergent, cleaning the house (nothing she does in the real life).

What's the point though? - dreams are unlimited.

Lol Welshy - I often dream my tan is all wrong.. or it comes off or something. Sometimes I dream i'm doing a routine as well... and I don't even do routines in bodyfitness haha. Strange
