Drink question

Ive been reading the backs of drinks and:

1. Diet fizzy drinks seem to have no calories or carbs what so ever! Im really pleased because I need a drink that I can treat myself with that isnt fast digesting, I think this does contain caffeine though, are these bad to have?

2. I really love applejuice and other fruit juices etc, are these fast or slow digesting, because I always stay away from them thinking I shouldnt drink them because there so fast digesting, but with fruit drinks they contain fructose as the carbs right? Therefore are these ok to drink?

    problem with fruit juice on their own is the fibre is missing and so the digestion is speeded up. I prefer to have fruit over fruit juice as most fruit juice is fairly calorie dense.

    Beaware of the additives and chemicals in diet drinks.

    Ok Paul, ill just eat fruit if I get a craving for something special, had a diet coke today, and was so energetic (caffeine) then really tired, damn I hate caffeine, and your right, full of loads of chemicals, eww
