One night out wont make a f*ck of difference mate , 2 or more nights every week will hold you back

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

If you're on a night out drinking then no point fannying about trying to choose the lowest cal drink, just drink what you want but minimise how often you go out drinking. I think a good blast on the razz every now and then is good for the mind.

Like Pagan says, drinking vodka and diet coke 3nights a week is a lot worse than drinking cocktails once a month.

not ideal to train post drinking, you wont be performing at your best due to dehyration. It takes a couple of days to properly rehydrate after a heavy session.

Though 2 nights in a row once in a blue moon wont effect the overall picture.

yeah gentle cardio should be fine. Infact nothing wrong with weights per se, its just you wont be getting the best out of your body. So anything thats taxing on the body is gonna effect you and you just wont perform aswell.

Sometimes cardio can help a hangover as it speeds the body up and helps shift the toxins out quicker.

To be honest 1 night out every so often is not going to do your body any harm. Don't worry about it. Just have a good time and continue your weight training as normal.

    Enjoy your night out!
Try to take some water before bed and more first thing. Other than that - Just keep the binge drinking sessions to a minimum.

Yep I always find that having a pint of water before bed after being out on the beer stops me getting a hang-over the following day.
