How heavy do the DB's go up too?
Some machines can be ok, leg press, cable row etc
Can still do most exercises with DB's, DB Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Squats, Lunges, Shrugs etc
Heavier BB weights would be favourable in the main but you can still make up a good workout
