Dumbell routine?

Hi all,

Does anybody have any suggestions for a good routine using dumbells and maybe some machines? I am looking to build some muscle after I finish cutting down but my gym doesn't have barbells

Before everybody tells me to find another gym, mine is the only one in my area that opens early enough for me to train before work plus I get half price membership through work.

Any help would be much appreciated

    machines arent gr8 for muscle building imo, try dumbells 10x6 rule

    How heavy do the DB's go up too?

    Some machines can be ok, leg press, cable row etc

    Can still do most exercises with DB's, DB Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Squats, Lunges, Shrugs etc

    Heavier BB weights would be favourable in the main but you can still make up a good workout

    Thanks for the replies guys. The dumbells go up to about 50kgs I think, so plenty heavy enough at the moment. I have been doing this full body work out while slimming down:

    Wide grip pull-ups
    Incline dumbell press
    Leg press
    Overhead press
    Dips
    Dumbell curls

    Would you recommend sticking to a similar routine and consuming more calories or trying some kind of split? Thanks again

    I am currently doing this routine 3 times a week plus cardio and kickboxing, thanks
