RE: Dumbells better than Barbell??
I do have a problem with my left shoulder. The physio couldn't tell me exactly what it is, but as I said, DB presses solve the problem. As for curls, a lot of people complain of stress on the elbows, but I'm pretty sure my form is strict on curls and my right elbow felt really bad today with the slight increase in weight.
Is there any reason that Barbell work might be considered better. I know the one of the pros of switching to DB work is the use of more muscles but I don't know the cons.
