Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein, Nasty!!!

got my dymatize elite protein yestaday (vanilla) and it f'in nasty, if i wasnt skint i would bin it

is they are thin i can add the make is nicer, maybe sugar or sumthing?

also is 25g protein enough for "b4 bed protein", or would 50g be better?

is it worth getting up mid sleep for a second protein, would this make much of a differece?

    1) Taste is subjective to a certain extent
    2) Honey, maple syrup etc all these will add carbohydrate. Splenda, flavouring systems, baking flavourings. Coco, options drink powder . Lemon and lime juice, berries etc etc
    3) 50g may be better, it depends upon your whole diet, stats etc
    4) No, sleep instead.

    thanks Drewsky, ill give 50 pro a swing, i'd say that would put me a 350+protein mark.

    think ill try the splenda, maybe the coco

    15stone 10lbs bf is about 15%

    am on gear like, been told 35-50 protein 7 times a day is about right?
