RE: ECA & Sports Performance
I had the same type of question as red_calx. I'm taking ECA simply to lose fat before starting a really serious weight training cycle. I try to run, and im great for the first 15 or 20 mins, then just die off. When I lift, I start off strong and then just get weaker and weaker (my reps decrease, and the end of my workout gets really weak). I'm pretty positive is because of the ECA, but is this bad or what?
