ECA : To stack, or not?

A question to all you ECA users out there...

I plan on starting to use ECA before my workout in order to increase the intensity as I usually go to the gym after a long hard day at work. I was wondering how much of a drive increase you guys getting using the stack? Is it really worth it?

And second of all, if using ECA only to fuel my workouts better, should I be cycling it? (Will be taking it once a day before workouts..)

    the problem with eca is that your body gets use to it and its then worthless to you
    id just take ephedrine and caffeine
    3 times a week for 2 weeks then come off it for a couple then repeat

    ECA is not a specific b2 agonist like clenbuterol. Results are likely to be milder than clen as will be receptor down regulation. ECA can therefore be used much longer - I would say have a break at least every 3 months.

    you should be fine to use it for an extended amount of time if you are only using it 3 to 4 times a week, your body will become tollerant to the side effects over a time and less of a buzz feeling will be felt but it will still be working. i would cycle off once you notice its effects become less( especially if the buzz feeling has become less and thats one of the best features you find from taking it) or every few months like party said. its a cns stimulant and taking a break from it would be adviseable imo.
