where are you jogging??
reason i ask is, if your in the gym doing it then try splitting up your cardio into different excerises as you should get more out of it. so, instead of jogging on the treadmill for 30mins, do 10mins on the treadmill then 10 on the rowing machine (without a rest) then 10 on the crosstrainer, again with no rest in between. you should get more out of that and its only taking you the same amount of time.
post your diet up in the diet section aswell would be a good plan.
