check the epa values from both supplements - it could just be a branding thing

EPA and DHA make up the omega 3 fats.

Look for high EPA and DHA.

They are lower doses then mate.

360 and 240 are the ones I use.

Depending on your diet and how much 03 you want then just take more.

I currently take 2 high strength ones a day and eat sardines.

If you are looking to buy some high strength ones then go to ZipVit or Natures Best I use the latter.

I've also been looking at the natures best ones, it packs quite a whack of epa/dha. You don't get as much for your cash as zipvit but it just looks a better product, would you agree mate?

Hey up mate yeah I would say Natures Best are the best as they use a "5 STAGE PURIFICATION PROCESS" which gives less of a fishy aftertaste for me.

ZipVip are still quality and quite a lot cheaper but I prefer the Natures Best ones

Heres the Natures Best ones for those interested. Before any one says "do you work for them" no lol. ( I had that trouble with CNP from Toxic lol)

    Yeah it does sound good

I have been using them for a couple of months now. I normally buy two pots for £20 notes, when they came in 120 caps. It looks like they have changed it to 180 caps now so I would just buy the one at a time.

    Nice new label too

dr berardi recommends anywhere between 6 and 10 grams (or 3 to 6 grams epa and dha combined) - in another words 6 to 10 caps per day

that should be spread out over the meals not just in one go
