EPI/Trenavol-V - 4 weeks after itch in the morning

Right im trying to get to the bottom of this so any input would be much appreciated.

I did 5 weeks of EPI/Trenavol-V and then 3 PCT Tamoxifen (40/20/10) along with Tauro Test as a natty test booster.

However each morning im waking up with an itchy left peck (not the nipple, the area around it), nipples arent swollen or puffy either.  I cant feel any lumps other than the bit of fat I've put on since the last SUC.  Anyone any ideas?

Just an update on this, I tied it down to a day of high carbs and a bit of alcohol combined with a bit of chaffing.
