Re: EQ side effects ?
For what it's worth,
EQ for me has been pretty damn beneficial. I simply run a fairly small dose of long ester test a week 175/200mg and 500mg of EQ. I tend to delay the test into the cycle until about 8 weeks in. There is absolutely no logic behind it, all I can think is that the first time I ran EQ I ran it alone to see how it effected me. Then after the EQ is finished I switch to test prop @ 200mg a week for 4/5 weeks while the long esters get out of my system then run my PCT.
Running EQ by itself I've found:
Increase in sex drive around week 3 (If your other half is only up for it once in a while you'll get in trouble)
A strange red "rash" from shoulder to shoulder on my chest appears after around week 2.
Nuts seem to go to bed around week 6.
Hot "flushes" after eating carb heavy ("Rosey" cheeks making it look like i've been on the slash) around week 6.
When doing cardio you will sweat buckets. If you get the odd headache you're not drinking enough water. My water intake has to be around 6-8 litres a day just to keep the headaches away and my piss a normal looking colour.
Horrible cramp's/pumps across the shoulders and neck when on my motorbike. (I really cant figure that one out usually occurs 6-8 weeks in and happens every bloody time I try to duck down in the wind to the point of having to pull up sharpish and stretch - although dropping creatine as a supplement seems to stop this).
Increase in sex drive around week 3 (If your other half is insatiable in bed you'll be on point!)
Insanely noticeable increase in stamina appears around week 4. This seems to spike quickly then a gradual increase throughout the cycle. This is the main benefit of EQ for that nothing else (apart from Var) seems to give.
Noticeable change and vascularity around weeks 8 - 10 depending on diet.
Gains seem to spring from no where around the same time. IE go to put on your favorite jeans and they feel noticeably tighter on the thighs.
Weight gain isn't massive but its solid and seems to stay post cycle (had to up maintenance cals by about 300 50:50 carbs/protein)
No bloated look.
Reported effects by others but not found myself:
Appetite increase - Noticed no change.
Acne - I've always got the odd spot so no noticable change.
Sensative nips - Not noticed anything.
My cycle (for what its worth. Note: I'm not a body builder. Endurance Increase and Quicker Recovery are the aim)
Weeks 1 - 16 - 500mg of EQ (2x 250mg a week).
Weeks 8 - 14 - 200mg of Test (Long Ester) (1x 200mg a week).
Weeks 15 - 20 - 200mg of Test Prop (2x 100mg a week).
Weeks 15 - 22 - 75mg of 'var a day (funds permitting).
