How little is very little?
I don't think very many people can comfortably get away with 'very little' carbohydrates. If it's a pre-contest diet then perhaps.. but not as a proper diet. Carbohydrates play a very big role in the world of nutrition. But the body is quite efficient at adapting as best it could with what it has...
So are you asking about pre contest diets or diets you 'live' on?
