East Midlands

finally entered my first bench comp for the east midlands and the qualifier for the british finals, certainly was a good experiance and even amazed myself by keeping calm and relaxed, had to diet down to get in the 100kg class and made it quite well, opened with 170kg (which was the qualifing weight for the finals) and then 175kg,180kg there was more there not quite the 200kg i hoped for but a 190kg was possible, just need to get the weight up now and get the bench weight up as well ready for september in birmingham..

just chuffed
