    One problem is as we get older (30+) the metabolism drops whilst unfortunately there isn't a corresponding drop in our appetite.
    Plus the fact there's so much junk in our supermarkets.
    And most of it is usually on offer!

    Ah yes. Probably explains why 70-80% of the UK population is sub 10% bodyfat and not overweight/fat.

    Doesn't mean we have to eat the junk in the supermarket just because it's there?? and I just waited for the rite time to inform everyone of the ground breaking statement... thank me later!

    Also no ..... not all the answers as everyone on this forum isn't looking to loose weight so it doesn't give everyone all the answers that they need ...

    You obviously have no idea what damage being overweight/obese does to you mentally and physically.

    Me assuming you're Katie Hopkins by your blank avatar is no different to you assuming anyone can easily lose weight just by going in to a deficit. Completely dismissive.

    I'll give you a couple of subjects you can do some research on if you're willing to open your horizons a little and add some depth in that fountain of knowledge you clearly possess.

    1. Insulin resistance
    2. Leptin resistance
    3. Digestive system / enzymes
    4. Metabolism

    Just a few to start.
