You're eating nothing but two bowls of cereal and one other meal, every day? This sounds like an absolutely awful diet. What are your goals? If you are trying to gain muscle, that's simply not going to happen with this diet. If you're trying to lose weight, you will because of the ridiculous caloric deficit you're creating, but your muscles will shrivel up and disappear due to lack of nutrients and you will just look skinny and malnourished.
I would sort out your diet first and foremost!
